Why Epcom Hosting Services Colocation?
Our colocation facilities lets you lease server space in professional data centers that provide redundant power, advanced cooling, rapid hazard mitigation, and high-speed network connections to keep your hardware online and secure. Scale easily by adding racks or cabinets in multiple locations as needs change, lower the cost of dedicated infrastructure, and retain full control over your hardware and software—without the capital expense of building and maintaining your own facility.
Multi-layered security
Combined with CCTV, keys, and access cards, biometric systems verify each person before they open a server, so only an authorized person is allowed inside, making it easy to track access, reducing the risk of tampering or theft.
Remote setup and handling service
Whether you need emergency or ongoing hands-on support, our on-site technicians perform tasks such as cable management, hardware reboots, and troubleshooting to reduce travel time and costs.
Climate-controlled facility
Advanced cooling systems remove heat produced so parts don’t overheat and precise humidity control prevents moisture-related problems like condensation or static electricity to extend hardware life.
Hazard mitigation
Redundant power sources for outages, fire suppression systems that don’t harm electronics, and flood suppression systems that prevent water damage, along with sensors that trigger automatic shutoffs, alarms, and immediate response protocols.
For IT Development
For Fintech
Ultra-low latency for algorithmic payment processing and trade execution.
By colocating servers in carrier-neutral data centers, finance firms get direct access to major exchanges and financial gateways, advanced physical security for complete data sovereignty, and rigorous security standards that support requirements for PCI-DSS compliance for card data and transaction handling.
For Health Care
Health care providers subject to patient care privacy regulations like HIPAA get access to controlled access points, redundant power, and network connectivity to maintain uptime of telemedicine services, electronic health record systems, and emergency services.
For Telecommunications
Colocation hosting provides telcos with a secure, high-performance environment to run telecommunications infrastructure and private branch exchange (PBX) systems, combining physical security and diverse network connectivity for uninterrupted voice and data services.

Frequently Asked Questions
Epcom Hosting Services Colocation Hosting
Where are your colocation data centers located?
Our colocation data centers are strategically located in Rhode Island and New York, Washington DC, Frankfurt, London, and Melbourne to provide global reach, low-latency connectivity, and reliable infrastructure for businesses of all sizes. Whether you need a nearby footprint in the northeastern United States, access to key European areas through Frankfurt and London, or a presence in the Asia-Pacific region via Melbourne, our geographically diverse colocation hosting network enables scalable growth, simplified management, and improved performance for mission-critical applications and workloads.
What server equipment can be housed in your colocation data centers?
Our facilities are designed to house a wide range of server equipment, from single-unit servers and blade enclosures to full rack-mounted systems, storage arrays, network gear such as switches, routers, and firewalls, backup power systems, and specialized hardware like GPU accelerators, SAN/NAS devices, and edge computing appliances. Contact us to plan the best server setup for your IT strategy.
Can we ship our servers over to you?
What are the permitted uses of my Colocation hosting plan?
Epcom Hosting Services’ colocation facilities provide customers with dedicated rack space, redundant power, climate-controlled cabinets, preventative fire and flood protections, high-capacity network connectivity, and optional managed services. Clients are responsible for the acquisition, installation, maintenance, configuration, and security of any server hardware, operating systems, applications, and data hosted within their leased space.
Read our Terms of Service for more information on permitted uses, prohibited content, and user responsibilities.
Why do I need to be PCI-Compliant when accepting or processing card payments?
Are there migration services to move my websites or servers from another hosting provider?
Our data migration tools and implementation services make moving domains, websites, applications, email, and databases from other hosting providers fast, secure, and reliable. We provide migration tools and transfer plans that handle server replication and data transfers while preserving permissions and minimizing downtime.
Each migration includes pre-migration, staging, compatibility analysis, and a rollback strategy. For complex environments, we offer agent-based transfers and post-migration validation and optimization to guarantee performance on our platform. Our team coordinates with your current provider when needed, documents the migration steps, and offers monitoring and follow-up support to confirm everything is functioning correctly after the migration.
